Default thank goodness its monday

I have the binge blues from last night it was a work party... i ordered a "salad" or well atleast what they call a salad at chillies still not that that healthy but ended up eating the eitire thing and came home and resorted to one of my favorite binge foods just because i saw it and couldnt stop! potato chips with melted cheese and salsa like nachos but with potato chips...that was at midnight.. diddnt make a second batch though thats a leap! I still lost weight this week with a few set backs of not eating what i was supposed too so thats good. I feel really low energy from the binge last night... Im just ready to kick this weeks *** and blow threw it no binging and working out! off to the gym as we speek to repent for last night!

im so tired of the ups and downs i take myself through
last week i felt great! had eaten really light, was weighing low
and then last night i lost control

good for you for getting to the gym today! i knooow the only way for us to right ourselves is to STOP now. i weighed 5 lbs more this morning than i did on friday -- but that will drop off in a few days if i don't give into the bingey feelings. if i doooo give in though, that 5 pounds will stick around and make me saaaaad

Weekends are always hard for me too! I can stick to the diet great during the week, but then the weekend comes and I find myself wanting to eat more.

I know it may sound like a small thing, but stopping before a second round of potato chips with nacho cheese is a pretty big achievement. Even if it wasn't as early as you wanted it to be, it sounds like you were able to gain control.

Also, those "salads" at restaurants kind of tick me off because they give a guise of being healthy, but like you said, if you order the wrong one, your whole day can go down the poop shoot.

And, of course, people who know I'm eating healthy always say "Oh, just have a salad", and then I have to convince them that given what is on said salad, I'm better off eating a double bacon cheeseburger or something.

thank you guys. Weekends are really hard. My intial plans was to take weekends off from working out but still diet ok maybe go out to eat only go out to eat then (or 7 dollar burger night thursdays) but I think a little run in the AM wont hurt. I notice such a difference in my mood durring the day when I work out in the morning and Im less apt to binge. The rappid weight gains and losses in a short amount of time always send me through a loop. Ill do really well and not binge for 3 or 4 days and loose like 5 lbs, binge once and its back. It is a great feeling though when it stays gone and then more go.... the thought of the feeling is enough to not binge for tonight!
