Okay I'm back!
Now that I'm done being pregnant I'm back and ready to do this! According to the daily plate my calorie intake can be 1,985 calories to loose 2lbs a week, but that's not taking breastfeeding into the picture. I don't know that I can constantly eat that much! Yesterday I had about 250 calories left over but I wasn't at all hungry.
Is this going to be a problem? I've lost 27lbs since giving birth 3 weeks ago (well 4 weeks this coming saturday) I don't want my loosing to stop but I'm fairly certain it's going to slow drastically here really soon.
