I am putting these out here as accountability. I have already been able to check off a couple of them! A carrot for each goal attained!
1-BEGIN! (im a wicked procrastinator)

2-exercise 5 days a week(this will have to wait until my leg heals)
3- get through the 1st week of induction with no cheats

4-lose 5#

5-get thru the 2nd week of induction with no cheats

6-lose 5#more (-10# from start)
7-drink all of my water daily
