Exclamation Shaky after starting plan

I have been eating the alotted points and doing only 30 mins of moderate exercise per day. However, now when I start to get hungry, I get really shaky, clammy, and feel kinda dizzy. Anyone else feeling this way? I just had my blood checked and Im not diabetic. Is it common to be a bit hypoglycemic when starting the plan? I am 28, y.o.f., at 242 lbs.

Thanks,

Robin

How often are you eating? Are you eating a lot of carbs with little protein or vice versa?

I find myself getting shaky if I go without eating 5+ hours. So I try to eat snacks between meals. I also find if I eat carbs for breakfast without any protein I can get shaky.

I have also been shaky in the past and had everything tested.
I personally think it's because I used to be on a sonstant "sugar high" and now my body is crashing without it.
I find I am always feeling hungry and that makes me feel shaky.

I try to eat a fair amount of protein to keep me full longer....

How about zero point veggies and fruit to snack on between meals and to fill you up? Are you getting enough servings of them? Maybe some very sweet or tart fruit can help with the sugar issue?
