Red face Anyone else SUPER CRANKY at start?

So today is my Day 3 on Medifast, and while I have more energy, I am struggling with the hunger pangs and OMG MOODINESS!

Little things that would just make me raise an eyebrow before are now making me want to shred people into confetti! Especially if I have a meal delayed by an hour or so... Phew, look out! It's like Tokyo getting crushed by Godzilla!!!

I'm praying I get into the groove tomorrow because I might estrange my family first, haha!

Also having trouble sleeping, but I remember that happening before. Probably not helping with wacky moods... I'm definitely NOT going off plan, just venting

a few days have passed and I hope you are feeling better.

Hang in there because the first week is the hardest. I liked your animations they really get your point across

I'm glad to hear you are not giving up. Once you are in fat burn you should NOT have any hunger. Try not to delay a meal eat every 2-3 hours.

Your body is detoxing and things should be getting better soon. Sleep is very important to weight loss so really try to get in your 8 if possible. Drink lots of water to help with the cleansing process.

You will be starting off the new year in a whole new way and you will be much better off.

Hang in there and soon you will feel great!

Happy New Year!

Crankiness means it's working!!! It's worth it. Work through it. It should be good by now, right?

I hope that my crankiness goes away soon, but I'm hungry!

I so feel your pain. I become the Medifast Monster am and on a tear. But as the other users state, this does get better. And you will not feel the need to behead the lady that just walked in front of you without saying, "Excuse me".

I haven't been cranky yet, but I have warned my family that it could happen....hahaha. Today is my day 2 and so far so good except for a killer headache.

When I first started medifast I was so irritable that my boyfriend would ask me if I'd forgotten to eat every time we had an arguement lol... It gets much better as your body adjusts to the diet, but I have found that I get frustrated pretty easily when I forget a meal...
