Default Bad, bad, bad day! Eek!

I ate sooooo many calories today- I'm guessing around 4000-5000!!! Yesterday was crazy too, but not quite as bad.

In short, I made the Christmas Challenge goal on Wednesday, but now I'm back up like 4-5 lbs. I really hope that some of it is water retention from circuit training yesterday.

I don't want to change my avatar or ticker

I'll probably wait until Monday to weigh again. I like to weigh every day, but right now the fluctuations are going to bug me too much.

Me two . I did weight last time on the 23 and i Wil be Back on jan 9 . Same weight will be ok.

Tanna Banana, take heart--there is no way to gain 4 or 5 pounds of fat in 2 or 3 days. So some of it must be water. Still, I know how you feel. The scales show me up 3 lbs from my lowest weight which was about 10 days ago. And it isn't over yet because I have a big family get together Tuesday.

Between now and Tuesday I have 3 days where I could eat healthy and keep my calories down. Yet sadly I am tempted to just eat whatever I want to for now, with the idea that after Tuesday I can really get back on track. Knowing that 3 more days of uncontrolled eating could easily rack up a couple more pounds, and for me a couple of pounds is at least 3 additional weeks of strict dieting to get rid of, so why would I do that to myself-- Should I just paint "stupid" on my forehead?
