Default Everyone Weigh in 12/25/09

It's time for the 3FC general weigh in thread. Everyone is welcome to join, just jump in whenever your official weigh in day rolls around. Good luck, everyone!

Me: 195.5, up four pounds from last week. I knew it was going to be pretty grim this week. I'd been weak around the holiday treats this week (curse you, succulent fruitcake!) and yesterday I went to my family's house and ate, drank, and made merry. This morning (I keep Tokeyo hours, pretty much), I cooked a nice, but salty ham for my husband and I. I debated just skipping the weigh in all together, but eh, what the heck, I'm in this for the bad as well as the good.

I weighed in at 180.0 this morning, which I am TOTALLY ok with!! I did relatively well all of december and lost 5.5 pounds! Today I was completely off plan of course, but I tried not to over-do it TOO much! I promised myself I'd weigh in everyday during these couple weeks. Its helping me stay accountable, even during the holidays! I'm not looking forward to tomorrow's weigh-in... lol. Oh well, now I have a week of working out and healthy eating before New Years rolls around!!

164 lbs this morning. Down 3 pounds from yesterday, my weigh-in day (yes, 3 lbs - my scale and body are in cahoots).

Note: I was 166 lbs on Thanksgiving. An entire month ago. :P

I was hoping to be well into maintenance by the end of the year. Well, this month brought my birthday, Christmas parties, several lunches and dinners out and sweets etc. Yeah. Not so much at goal yet. Close, though. I will keep plugging along...

Hello everyone! I'm new to the site, but I'm going to need some support. I just weighed myself a few minutes ago and I'm at my all-time highest weight ever... 320 pounds! I'm more motivated than ever to stick to a sensible eating plan because I'll be 40 years old in about 3 weeks. I consider this a "milestone" birthday, so I really want to do it right this time.

My first mini goal is to lose 8-10 pounds by my birthdate. It should be relatively easy since I'm a heavy soda drinker and I plan to give them up completely.

i weighed in this morning at 222.2 but after the day was over and done eating..it said 225..i will be on track tomorrow though

201.3 as of yesterday morning for me, I usually weigh in Thursdays and Saturdays but I'm thinking about skipping tomorrows- lol

I did go off plan, not too crazy but enough today! Yesterday wasn't so great either... and I told myself I would NOT slip up this season. Oh well!

Nothing exciting planned for New Years so looks like I'm in the clear now. I'd love to be in onderland by my birthday (Jan 13th) and I think it's still doable. Time will tell...

204.6 today!
weird to be down so much after a holiday, but i've been eating REALLY light since i haven't been able to workout, so i think that has some to do with it.

5 lbs until my HALFWAY point!
