I'm sooooo in the same position as you right now

I was so close to being in the 170s before Thanksgiving and I totally blew it. I ate a TON of food (not just on Thanksgiving, either) and didn't go to the gym from Wednesday for Saturday. I feel like crap - I'm really starting to notice how much of an impact eating well and exercising has on my mood and my energy levels.
But I guess the only thing we can do is to move on and get back on the wagon. I went to the gym this morning and I'm going to do my best to eat on plan today. It's tough - after eating everything I wanted for a few days, my stomach feels like it's stretched out and wants more food. We can do it, though!
