Jumpstart Weight Loss

  • For the last two months I've been working out and eating (fairly) well. The last week or so I've fallen off the wagon badly. Now I feel bloated, lethargic and weighed down. I was thinking about doing a cleanse to clean out my body and start over. What do you think? Anyone try anything that works?
  • The best cleanse for your body is just to get back on the wagon of eating healthy. Maybe have a few more servings of fruits and vegetables, but usually those "miracle" cleanses don't really do the trick, unless you want to starve your body for a few days.

    If I feel like I've been extra bad, I get back on my eating wagon and also introduce some green tea and water with lemon. I think green tea is an awesome "detox" and its really good for you anyway - tons of antioxidants - water with lemon also helps to release any water retention you have going on.
