I've never used that particiular site so I can't say if it's worth it in the long run. I have logged food in the past and found it was enormously helpful in keeping me accountable with the calories I was eating every day.
I've used fitday.com (free site) and found it wonderful. Even if it didn't have the food I was eating, you could manually enter the information from the labels into your food database. That said, it's really a personal choice. I saw that myfooddiary.com is $9 a month after the initial trial period. That's $108 a year and if you can afford it and love their great food lists, I say go for it! But if you're just looking to log your food and don't want to spend the money, there are other options out there.
Good luck!! xoxo
