SMM Junior Member Thread Starter Join Date: Nov 2009 Posts: 17 S/C/G: 222/219/130 Height: 5' 4"	I lost 3 pounds in my 1st week! I am having a mini celebration with this post. I have to admit that I had my moments of doubt this week, but the scale says I have lost 3 pounds. I hope it sticks, as my scale is not always accurate.
