Default Back with 65 Pregnancy Pounds to Lose!

I've come back a few times since I had the baby, but I'm hoping this time will stick! Some of you may remember me, and I posted the other day in the Weight Loss Support thread, so I won't bore you with my whole story. I lost 110 pounds a couple of years ago, got pregnant and gained about 80! I was heavily into running when I lost the weight, and now let's just say I'm...not! I don't get many opportunities to do so with a 15-month-old, but let's be honest -- I haven't tried that hard. It's definitely time to lose the weight again and get back down to a healthy weight.

I came back to this forum because it was where I felt most at home losing the 110 pounds in 07. I don't have 100 pounds to lose now, but I certainly know what that's like!

Anyway, I hope to be around more often, because I know I can't do this alone, and I hope I can help other people as well.

Congratulations on the baby, and welcome back.
Have you considered getting a jog stroller? Your baby would probably really enjoy the time outside and it would give you time to get some cardio in. Something I did when my son was that age, I'd put in one of his cd's and we would dance around and do silly song and dances. He really enjoyed it, and trust me, it worked up a sweat!

I'm sure you saw my post in the Weight Loss Support forum to you, so I won't bore you. I'll just add (re-iterate actually) if you CAN do it - well there you have it - you CAN do it. You know you can. So get to it!!! I look forward to hearing of your progress.
