Hello all, I found this weight loss community after running a google search on weight loss. I am new to 3fatchicks.com but have been working out and eating right since 2005.
Since then (started at 219 lbs at a size 16) I lost 84 lbs (135 lbs, size 0/2), gained back 25 lbs (160, size 8) and am finally back down to 148lbs, size 4/6. I really want to get back to 135 lbs if possible but it's been incredibly hard this second time around.
I also went from being completely out of shape to running several marathons. I recently went back to jogging and tire out at 3 miles. BACK TO THE GRIND!
I hope to help people just starting out and hope to receive some support as well (I need it)!
