Hi all!
I'm new here too. I started dieting in January, with the help of my local hospital's lose-to-win challenge, which involves bi-weekly weigh-ins with a registered dietician. I started at 256, and have lost 41 pounds to date! I had a minor setback this weekend with my daughter's 5th birthday party - surrounded by goodies- but am back on track this week. Just looking for some dieting support and tricks to help me continue to be successful.
