Hi! I'm new to the board and hoping to find support and info for losing weight. I had my 3rd child (almost 2 y.o. now ) and I'm trying to get my body and fitness back. It seems harder this time around, probably because I'm so busy and because I'm 40 now! I was about 140 lbs before getting pregnant.
Anyway, I started dieting and exercising in earnest 6 weeks ago, and it is paying off (started at 173, now at 161). I've been lurking on the forum and it seems that there is a wealth of support and info here, so I'm excited to join!
