Need your Weight Lifting Routine!

  • I am new to lifting weights and my company has a small work out area with an elliptical, treadmill, and free weights. I need a really good routine for someone who is just starting out. Any advice would BE SO APPREICATED!

  • I would recommend either Body for Life or the New Rules of Lifting for Women. They are both really good books.
