I'm only new myself but, having seen all the new faces since I joined, I feel like I've been around for ages!
I saw your comment about monitoring your eating habits and it reminded me of our "thought for the week" at WW last Wednesday which was
"If you bite it, write it. If you drink it, ink it." So maybe if you keep a food journal for a week it might help in getting you off that plateau.
