i can't believe what i'm doing. it started last Friday night - i decided i was going to have some good wine, which is ok. but it just spun out of control and by Sunday afternoon i was eating a cinnabon - which i'm sure is worse for your body than smoking!!
it's still not over, i was eating last night before i went to bed and i wasn't even hungry. i haven't logged in my weight for 2 weeks.
i was doing pretty good - not great - but following a meal plan and not eating late at night. i got the flu a few weeks ago and ever since then my habits are starting to revert to the old days.
thanks for listening, just needed to vent to people who understand.
