Howdy Everyone,
I am new to this site. Just found it tonight while doing some research on the " Lose the Fat Code" diet I happen to learn about in
First. I've never really had a problem with my weight until I started working the Noc shift and oh lets not forget about stopping that nasty habit of smoking. Yuk....
Any way, I'm tired of not being able to bend over and tie my shoes because the rolls on my belly are getting my way. Or having to use a rubber band to connect the buttons on my pants because I can't zip up my trousers any more.

And I refuse to buy new clothes when I have tons in my closet that are just waiting for me to choose them for a day/night out. oh brother I never thought I would ever have a weight problem....but here I am trying to figure out how to loose 40 lbs I've packed on in the last year.
So, in closing.....I hope by joining this site I can once again be that size 8-10, start a healthy eating habit (
again ) and get back on my treadmill.

and last but not least, make some new and lasting friendships on here.

And most importantly, get some much needed advice on what seems to be the best way to get back my girlie figure. I look forward to hearing your thoughts if you care to share. :-)
