Talking hello everyone

how you doing????????well I m new the name its gabby Im 21 and i found this website on google! A lil bit about my self im 5'0 or 5'1 not sure...i weight 169lbs.....i used 2 weight 220 lost few lbs..and then stop i got so....overwhelmed but now i really really tryin 2 lose all this weight!!!!!!! ugh ugh my goal its to be 140 by xmas you think i can do it??? i need so much motivation from u lovely ppl....oh yeah im from san francisco Cali and im so exited and ready to do this do guys have any tips or advices for me???

im a junkie person how often should i eat out????? i know it should be 0..lol

Default Howdy, I'm new to this site :-)

Howdy Everyone,

I am new to this site. Just found it tonight while doing some research on the " Lose the Fat Code" diet I happen to learn about in First. I've never really had a problem with my weight until I started working the Noc shift and oh lets not forget about stopping that nasty habit of smoking. Yuk....
Any way, I'm tired of not being able to bend over and tie my shoes because the rolls on my belly are getting my way. Or having to use a rubber band to connect the buttons on my pants because I can't zip up my trousers any more. And I refuse to buy new clothes when I have tons in my closet that are just waiting for me to choose them for a day/night out. oh brother I never thought I would ever have a weight problem....but here I am trying to figure out how to loose 40 lbs I've packed on in the last year.

So, in closing.....I hope by joining this site I can once again be that size 8-10, start a healthy eating habit ( again ) and get back on my treadmill. and last but not least, make some new and lasting friendships on here. And most importantly, get some much needed advice on what seems to be the best way to get back my girlie figure. I look forward to hearing your thoughts if you care to share. :-)

Glad to have you all join us! There are lots & lots of different groups and forums - I'm sure you'll find some that will keep you motivated, inspired and entertained!

There are lots of people here with more to lose and lots with less - the bottom line is that we all have to do it a day at a time. The good thing is that we'll have lots of company along the way.

I've only been here a short time myself, having NEVER been part of an online forum. What has been so eye-opening is how much it has helped me. Whenever I feel overwhelmed or defeated, I just log on and read some of the success stories, complete with their before & after photos - or read about others still dealing day to day with their challenges - and before I know it, the time has flown by and so have all the thoughts of cheating or giving up.


So welcome aboard - join in by inspiring us and being inspired!
