Go to the store with a list and resolve not to buy ANYTHING that is not on that list. It can be hard to get back on track once you've gone off. You just have to push yourself. After a week or two you'll be back in the grove and it will get a little easier.

Have you tried grocery shopping at a Wal-mart? It has saved us tons of cash and can make shopping healthy a little easier on the wallet. They always seem to have the SmartOnes frozen meals on sale.

Good luck!!

plan out your meals for the day and then stick to it! I have to admit that I also lost motivation after fifty pounds. The first fifty came off so quickly, now every weekend I struggle with too much snacking. I have slowly made it to sixty, but it's a lot harder when you aren't motivated as much!

don't buy the bad foods and try making some substitutions for the stuff you do want. making your own pizzas on those 100 calorie whole wheat english muffins or a ww pita bread... or the Lean Cusine pizzas are good

brownies... Smart Ones has some brownie sundae desserts or I've seen recipes for diet soda cake.. or look around online for some lower calorie and fat brownie recipes.
