Greetings! I am a newbie from Texas, anxious to FINISH what I have started, but in a way that brings me the pleasure of knowing that not only did I do it, but I love it!
I started out in April of 2008 at 227.5. I am currently hovering between 150 and 155. My goal is to hit 150 and stay there, or go a few below.
I lost most of it living a low carb lifestyle, now I am just trying to maintain it on healthy choices ( yes including grains, fruits, and things I enjoy). I like to say now that I am living on MY Plan. MY way!

And I LOVE the gym!
Wife of 14 years, mom to three kids (dd =10, twin ds= 7), preschool teacher, choir in church, writing from the heart, and somehow finding time to enjoy it all!
