Default Help! Need opinions...

Hi, I'm new here. I just received my bridesmaid's dress for a wedding that is in 7 weeks. Unfortunately I gained quite a bit of weight since they measured me for it so the dress is a few inches away from even zipping, let alone fitting well enough for me to breathe. I'm frightened enough of it not fitting that I know I can be extremely strict about diet and exercise for these coming weeks but do you think it is reasonable for me to think I can lose enough weight for it to fit by then? Do you have any suggestions? I'm freaking out here, a lot. I'd appreciate any feedback. Thank you!!!

eat clean, work out, eat foods that eliminate bloat (pineapple and watermelon are good ones). a few days before the wedding go and get a body wrap. i SWEAR by them.. some r really expensive but u can get a really good body wrap that u can do urself at home. google body wraps.. the one i use u put on ur stomach then wrap urself in saran wrap.. i sleep in it bc the longer it's on the more it absorbs into ur skin.. drink a lot of water and i think in seven weeks u should b able to get into the dress comfortably.. (a wrap usually helps me lose 2 inches around my belly button)

I find that I lose a size after a 15 pound loss. I don't know if that is true in your case. But I think you can lose 15 pounds in seven weeks but you will have to be on plan 100 %. The other alternative is to have the dress let out.
