Default frozen food supermarket diets???

I am the worst at making food and either over eating it or not measuring the contents well. I want to use the premade frozen diet meals.. as much as possible.. I was looking for a site or group that is into that and may also have some good idea's and suggestions along that line.. I have used Spark people for a long time to track my food intake so am pretty much aware of what calories are in most foods but just too unmotivated to COOK for myself ..too easy to fall into old traps of fast food or just bowl of cereal for a meal...

Any suggestions ??

I always keep some Lean Cuisine or Healthy Choice meals on hand, just to be sure I don't find myself with nothing to prepare. I find that sometimes they have a lot of sodium and tend to be a little bland but I think they are ok to use, I watch the sodium and carbs and they are for sure better for you than fried potatoes and some other fattening food,

Amy's and Kashi both make healthy frozen meals and while not officially "diet" usually pretty low in calories. I also eat a lot of no-cooking meals such as oatmeal and fruit, 0% fat yougurt and fruit, hummus and veggies, turkey and low-fat chees roll-ups.

I have been on a really good Meal Delv plan and have lost a lot of weight but I need to begin to wean myself back into the foods of everyday life but just cooking for yourself is truly a Pain.... so I thought next step was to move to the super market and try that for awhile.. but I need some people that are using that as their prime food source vs just to fill in when they don't have time to cook..

Any groups like that out there ??? Or is it just ME????

After seeing your post, I recalled a few weeks ago that there was a really good thread on the topic of low cal frozen meals. I went back and found it and posted to move it up on the board.

The stuffed peppers that CJZee posted has become one of my favorite lunches.

Try the No Time To Lose Diet book. It is full of ideas for people that either don't have time, or don't like to cook.

Some one mentioned Amy's and it just click on me to say that if you go to the Amy's web site they have a 7 day eating plan using there products. Hope that helps.
