Default TOM & Weight Loss

Since I started losing weight I've noticed that in the two weeks before my TOM my weight loss will stall and immediately after my period ends I'll drop 2-3 pounds. I was stalled at 150._ from mid-September up until this last Friday, at which point I dropped to 148.2. Today I started my period and am wondering if I will still drop weight after TOM.

Have any of you all had a similar experience and how did it work out? I just want to be mentally prepared at my next weigh-in in the case that I don't drop additional pounds.

I always gain right at 5 pounds of water weight during TOM and about 2 days after it's over I'm rid of the 5 plus 1. (usually)

TOM sure does screwy things to our bodies lol

Yup for about 2 weeks before I'm lucky if I can lose even 1 pound and then following I'm usually down anywhere from 3 to 5 pounds!

This is weird, but when I'm on TOM, I get bad cramps and nausea so I eat less and I lose weight and soon as it goes away my appetite comes back and weight goes back to where it should be.

Yeah it is water weight... I am super unlucky though because I have a Mirena IUD for birth control and it prevents me from ovulating so I always hold water weight plus a little extra from the hormones but lucky in the way that I don't have a period... I guess everything has its ups and downs

Toward the end of my weight loss, the last several months, I'd lose NOT A SINGLE POUND during the non-TOM weeks, and after my TOM I'd drop 3-5 pounds that never came back...made it hard to find my maintenance calories afterward, but I did keep losing.
