My first week down...
Well, I finished my first week on the my new wellness quest. I followed WW and worked out everyday and I lost 4.5 pounds, I was pretty happy. I told my hubby and he seemed impressed and said that he didn't think you should lose any faster than that...but still you want to lose more. I feel better and I hope I can keep it up...
