Second time around posting here!

I'm trying to get back on the wagon again. So...I've tried eating different amounts of carbs and have decided that keeping them low, at about 20 grams\day, is the best for me. I've also tried eating a higher carb count and then taking ALA to counteract some of those carbs. I take 1000 to 1200 mgs a day. Does anyone else take ALA and how many milligrams?
