Default Help with bodybugg in the UK/Europe

Hi guys,
first of all let me apologize if this has already been discussed but i would like to know if there is any UK/european member who has a bodybugg and, if so if they could give me some sort of walkthrough regarding the whole process of setting up an account since i am considering ordering one from ebay and would like to confirm if it is actually possible.
Thanks in advance

Hmm. . . I'm on my third (I love it and have always upgraded when a new version has come out), but have always ordered them from the company.

My DH has been using my V2 and it was easy to switch it over to him. He just had to have an existing account (easy to set-up) and then had to sync my old bodybugg to his account, which was also easy to do. I don't think it would be a different process if you got one off of e-Bay.

thanks for the help. I`m much relieved now. I was just worried about the purchase of the software needed in the bodybugg store and if i would be able to do it, since i live in Portugal.

Could you give me an idea of the steps that i need to follow in order to setup my account, as in, do i need a US address?

Thanks again

I don't think you need a US address. I do have one but, when I was trying to upgrade from V1 to V2, I dealt directly with the company and they support international customers, though they don't advertise the fact. The bodybugg site appears to be down at the moment, so I can't give you any definite tips on setting up your account.

I do know that you'll need to be prepared to sign-up for their web service. The last time I did, it was $99 for a year. I have no idea if that's changed.

The address I use is myapex.com. It looks like there's a direct link to "Enroll in bodybugg", which should guide you through it once it's up and running again. For what it's worth, this is the first time I've ever seen the entire site down as opposed to the log-in portion only for an upgrade.

Default BodyBugg in the UK

I saw an article in the telegraph earlier this month which reviewed the new UK version of the bodybugg - it's only just come to the Uk and they're calling it "Ki Fit" rather than bodybugg. I've wanted one since watching America;s biggest Loser on Living TV (very addictive!)

Well it's basically a mega accurate calorie counter which you wear all day - I've seen the BodyBugg in the USA and they're a bit of a cult thing for weight loss over there. The article in the newspaper was good as it said about the food logging side of it only being important if you know exactly how much yu burn in a day. I've tried things like pedometer but they just dont help because they guess rather than know. I looked on the ki fit website and am dropping hints that i need one from father christmas!!!

More like 5 stone unfortunately.....My goal etc. is under my name on the left. (starting weight/current weight/goal weight)

I've always been overweight, but put on a mighty 3 stone within a couple of months of getting the contraceptive implant put in my arm. This was followed quickly by acne (which I've never had, ever - my skin is great!) and severe depression (also never had!) I got it taken out immediately after, but am left with the extra weight to lose. Not great!

Have you ever lost weight before? I've never managed to keep any off for any decent amount of time. I'm hoping that will change this time!!

I know, I want to be thin for free! I'm so close to buying this though, especially after a massive plate of spaghetti and low fat Philadelphia (which I saw on their advert how to make it).
