I have lost 25 pounds since I started dieting, and I should feel really pleased about this.....but I am not all that sure that I do.
I have lost a lot of fat from my face and quite a lot from my chin / neck area. I saw myself in daylight for the first time in a long while yesterday (we don't have a window in our bathroom, just artificial light), and I don't like what I saw.
I look so....saggy. Where I have lost weight in my face I have quite obvious nose to mouth lines that I know weren't there a couple of months ago. I also look like I have saggy skin on my jawline and my neck skin looks rather wrinkly and loose when I touch it. I have heard all about all the problems with excess skin on your tummy and legs when you lose weight, but I didn't expect to see it on my face

I am 39 and look more like I'm 50.
I don't feel too good about myself today.
Has anyone else had this happen? If so, did it look any better after a while, or will I have to just get used to the saggy look?
