I feel incredibly embarassed posting, especially since I'm probably the youngest member here. ;___;
My name is Cali, people call me 'Ketchup' (Longg story.)
I'm 15 years old, and I know I know, "Your young, you can lose weight fast!"
Well not for me, Its too difficult, especially since there's no one there with you through the process, and I currently weigh 189 pounds, and nothing seems to ever work for me, and whats worse, is that I eat sometimes, when I'm depressed, which is 80% of the time ><"
><; I feel so embarassed, well I hope I can make some new friends here, and possibly lose weight ^^!
Welcome to the forums, Cali, so glad you joined. Don't feel embarrassed. We are all here for the same reason and this is a great community. Also, don't let your age keep you from participating fully in this forum. Look at me, I'm one of the few dudes here and I feel right at home. My nickname is Z. Very short story. My real name is Zerain. Often, people had difficulty pronouncing my name, so presto change-o, I'm "Z". End of story. Someday, when your willing, I hope to hear the story behind "Ketchup".
It doesn't matter how old you are! I'm new here too but I can guess that not many people here will judge you because you are young. We're all here for the same reason, no matter what age we are.
I know all about depression eating. I just did it tonight. It's awful...you know you shouldn't be eating all that stuff but it's the only thing that makes you feel good at that moment. It's a crazy cycle!!
I hope you find support here too. Will be cheering for you!!!

Don't be embarrased, I'm 180 and nothing has seemed to work for me either!
Hello, you don't need to be embarrased! You should be proud, that you want to change your life in this age. I wish I would have such a determination at age 15 like you.
Welcome Cali..i love your nickname,Ketchup is so cute! Don't be embarresed ...i agree with the others on you should be proud that your taking the first steps in your weightloss journey! Im new here to and so far I love it!
