Calorie Help!
Hi everyone!!!
I started my journey last monday and I decided to colorie count!
The point is I have a little prolem with the calories... my dr gave me a list of foods and their calories, I bought a digital scale to weigh meats/veggies/fruits and I use the values on the labels in the other products I eat and drink, and I keep a journal and plan the day before what I will eat...
Ok, it all seemed fine but today I decided to enter the info in Fitday (so as to get even more info, life fat/protein/ carbs), I entered the info for the food that has info in the label and used grams for the other stuff, the problem is I´m having a BIG difference(200- 300 cals which is a lot when eating 1200- 1300 calories) between what I get in my journal (with the info my dr gave me) and Fitday... what should I do go by my journal or just use Fitday?
(Ah by the way I live in Chile so maybe there´s some difference in some of the food , but it should´t be that much right?)
So what would you do?
