Default I'm up to three miles each day!

I'd been walking 2.5 miles on the track each day, but yesterday I still had a lot of steam left so I just finished the third mile. And today I did the same.

That probably doesn't seem like much to a lot of people who probably run more miles than I walk, but since exercise is such a chore for me, I was pleased that I was able to bump it up.

My goal is to get up to five miles daily, and I might even try running a bit, although these very old knees might not allow much of that.

That is quite the accomplishment when you loathe exercise. Great job.

That's awesome! Isn't it wonderful when you suddenly start feeling more energy during your workouts?

Great job How old are those knees, mine are 52 going on 53 and I jog and love it, you're never too old to start you just have to start gradually...
