Default Thinning Help

Hey guys, I kind of need some quick help. I've been jogging on a treadmill for 30 minutes/day 3 times a week and I think I've slimmed down a little. However, my waist and hips are still big. I'm not sure if they've gotten any slimmer, but if I continue jogging will it slim my overall body down?

This is my first time I was ever dedicated to anything so I sound like a real noob. I have big underarms, and I"m not sure how to deal with this. If I keep jogging will it slim it down? Or should I do some tricep training, however, I don't want it to get any wider I just want it to get smaller in mass that way I can fit a costume better.

Thanks

As your body loses weight its gonna lose where it wants not where you want keep up the good work eventually your body will lose everywhere! Adding weights is always a good idea more muscle means higher metabolism which mean more weight loss.

Running is a FANTASTIC way to loose overall body fat. Just remember that you can't spot train (doing crunches won't make you lose belly fat, just strengthen your ab muscles).

To slim all over you need a combination of cardio (jogging) full body weight training, not just the tricep area because you really can't spot reduce...
