well i know it has been a long time since i posted regularly here in the 20 somethings board. since i drifted off i have found the most encouragement here so i am coming back more often again. and i thought i would "introduce" myself to those who do not know me or may not remember me. i am 28 yes still a 20 something.
my biggest issue right now is getting back into the exercise habit over the last year that has fallen by the wayside and in the 1 1/2 months i went from 175 up to 190 15 lbs

. eatting i have figured out pretty well i eat until i am no longer hungery so not really physically counting calories but in a way counting them so to speak. i am open to any advise and suggestions that you may have.
