Default I hope that fat GOING away, instead of COMING that I hear bubbling up inside of me...
Okay chicks and roosters,

Are you ever sitting down, or laying down, or even standing, and then all of the sudden, you kind of feel a bubble? I don't know how to explain it, but somehow it literally feels like your fat is bubbling inside of you. LOL

I'm not sure if that's really it. But it feels like it. Sometimes I wonder, "is that my body disposing fat in my butt right now?" Or "is that my body disposing fat in my stomach right now?"

Crap. lol...has anyone felt this before? Or am I just crazy?

Sometimes after I workout, I feel little popping sensations in my legs and butt. Hard to explain and I'm not sure what it is, but it's definitely not in my inner leg/butt - it feels like my fat cells popping.. feels kind of like popping bubble wrap but not as strong. LOL .. I think that's what you mean?

Hotwings: DARN!!! I totally wish it was! lol that would be so awesome if we could actually feel it leaving. I would feel so much better about this 'dieting' thing.

Hotwings--Thanks for looking that up! I get that exact same popping sensation. From the description, it sounds like it means you just had a good workout.

HotWings...the wikianswer you found is exactly correct. It is called fasciculation or better known as muscle twitching! Very common after exercise and actually one sign of a good workout.
