After being off for a week with a cold I finally drug myself out of bed this morning and did 2 miles. I used the Walk Now dvd.

what's everyone else doing today?

I jest did a leslie 3 mile weight loss ( Power Walk) and Boy did it kick my b** . I can say I did finish it and boy Do I ever feel good about it now. Maybe 5 Mile tomorrow.

I am going to join you ladies. I bought a pedometer and thought I would dust off my DVDs and put it to use!

This morning I did:
- Fast Start - 1 mile
- 4 Fast Miles

Woah !

I've been wanting to try these videos but haven't had much money.
I've looked on Ebay and it's more expensive even on there.

I bought the "Walk This Way!" to add a workout to my C25K running.
It was only $4.95 with free shipping

My legs were a little sore this morning, so I tried to take it easier lol.

I did:
30 mintue walk (2 miles)
I did it twice, the second time I used the hand weights

Today I was going to take a rest day, but I just got my first DVD in the mail today.

I just finished the "Walk at Home..... Walk This Way"
I did the 2 miles and I love it !!!!!

I usually get an energy burst around 11:30pm so I'm going to do it again later

Saturday: nothing, lots of driving and shopping tho! lol

Today:

40 min recumbent bike
walk and jog (2.5 miles)
2 mile fast start
