Default can some one help me be creative...?

So It's TOM and I feel ravenous around this time.. so I had an extra big lunch ...I just couldn't stop eating! I felt like a bottomless pit.. It wasn't emotional or bored eating.. I literally felt HUNGRY!!

ugh... luckily it was all healthy things and I am not over cals but, none the less I now only have 180 left for the whole day I have no clue what I can have as a fulfilling dinner on 180 cals!

I could eat a bunch of lettuce/salad but I wouldn't be able to put any condiments on it like dressing or croutons which is what makes salads so tasty to me, and I cant stand a dry salad.

or I could have a lean pocket for 200 cals and just go over by a little but i don't think it would fill me up and it's full of sodium!

The salad that I make has lemon juice, 1 teaspoon of olive oil, garlic powder, lawry's seasoning salt (this is a bit high in sodium) and dried mint if I have it. It's delicious! And not high in calories at all--you really just have to worry about measuring the olive oil. I will sometimes add some cold whole wheat couscous if I want it to be more filling. You may even have room for some feta or kalamata olives. This salad keeps me full for hours.

Grapefruit with a little sugar is what I eat every night before bed. It completely coats my throat and tongue to where nothing else will taste good if I eat after it. Also, and 2 or 3 egg white/1 regular egg omelet with a bunch of zucchini, peppers, and side slices of tomatoes and cucumber might fill you up. Sara Lee has 45 calorie bread. You could have some slices of that with fake butter spray and sf jam. Also, you could have a bowl of high fiber cereal with strawberries and skim milk.

My husband lost over 100 pounds a few years back by counting calories... and when he'd be close to going over at night he'd have dinner of all veggies. He'd take an entire bag of frozen mixed veggies, some "I Can't Believe It's Not Butter" spray (0 Calories for 5 spritz's) and tons of seasonings.

He'd rip open the bag, toss it in a bowl and coat it with seasoning and the spray in there; then he'd bake them in the oven. He said it was pretty satisfying.

I use low fat Italian dressing, its just 10 calories for 2 tbsp or 0 WW point. I am not sure if you will like it but it is definitely worth a try.

genius mama spank!!! breakfast for dinner! and I already have 45 cal bread and egg beaters! I think I'll make two pieces of toast with 2 servings of egg beaters and maybe even put some laughing cow cheese on the toast! yummy! I should have thought of that myself! I could probably even throw in a piece of turkey bacon that would put me at 20 over but.. that's pretty good and FILLING!

and jaque that's a great idea to! I've often thought about just having a huge bag of mixed veggies before.. If I ever get down to where I only have 100 cals left I'm so going to do that!

When I have hungry days I allow myself to go over my usual calorie limit as long as I keep it under the maintenance amount. Doing that ocassionally seems to be good for my metabolism too.
