Default Tortilla or no tortillas

working on Phase 1...

lacking food that can be fixed quick and taken to work for lunch.. other than salad.. and 5 days of salad is enough to kill any diet..

found this recipe and now I am totally confused..

can we eat wheat tortillas on phase 1

that would solve all my problems if we can

Phase: 1
Preheat Oven: 350 F

Nope, tortillas (WW) would be phase II. Why are you eating just salads? I just had grilled chicken breast, roasted bell peppers, steamed broccoli & spinach salad. I don't usually eat grains with my supper, so it's like Phase I. Make the Taco Bake or one of the other scrumptious Phase I recipes listed here. Use crisp lettuce leaves in place of the tortillas. I love to stuff large bell peppers with beans, mushrooms, tomatoes, etc. with a little parmesan or mozzarella on top. There are so many options!

renogal: why are you just eating salads? I had a pork chop and 'loaded' mashed cauliflower (with low fat cheese and turkey bacon) for dinner tonight. There's so much more than just salads!

murphmitch: just bought a bunch of bell peppers, now I know what I'm going to make with them, yum!

Kristen, I boil the peppers for about 5 min. before stuffing them, then top with some cheese and pop in the oven till it's melted. Hubby loves these!

Where did you find a Phase I recipe with tortillas? On this site? Please let me know so it can be fixed.
