Default Dr. Phil Challenge Week 2 (well 3 really, but you know what I mean)

Remember the ten patterns of living that you listed last week? It's time to be accountable for your own actions. What new behaviors do you need to start in order to lose weight? Which old behaviors will you stop? No more excuses--what will you change today?

Today I am drinking more water. This is a big step for me.
I will find the time to exercise.

I will not eat out of habit, but rather when I am actually hungry.
I will cut out the sweets.

I think that's it folks

WHAT NEW BEHAVIORS DO I NEED TO START?
Regular exercise ( I have begun this )
Not sitting keeping Mom company
Get back to the water I was so good about
Making good plans of what things I can do to avoid those weak periods when food calls me by name.
Make a small poster for in front of the toilet that lists my why's I want to lose weight and what I want to achieve not just weight wise but in my home , organizing and so on so that everytime I use the restroom it is listed in front of me.
Staying OP no matter what.
Choose times to take a break from it for one day occasionally. Like every few weeks!
Continue to work with how I view food and recognise it's real purpose. To nourish the body and love to nourish the soul.
Physical things to do when I am under stress rather than sit and eat.
WHICH OLD BEHAVIORS WILL YOU STOP?
I have stopped procratinating on exercise.
I will stop putting things off period!
I will stop giving in to myself
I will stop avoiding dealing with me mentally and emotionally
I will stop discounting myself to myself
I will stop giving up on me or getting overwhelmed( I don't do this to often but when I do!!!!!!!!)
I will stop making excuses to myself when making bad choises.
WHAT WILL YOU CHANGE TODAY?
I will exercise on a regular basis.
I will drink my 100-120 oz. of water, daily(plain water)
I will keep my goals and reasons for the goals firmly focused
I will create joy
I will care for my skin, hair, nails and health .

I will start:

exercising
giving myself a break
more closely monitoring my health
drinking more water

I will stop:

eating when I'm bored and/or upset
making excuses not to exercise
building obstacles to put in my way

Today I will:

Get my booty on the treadmill
Fill my water jug 5 times
make a list of obstacles and choose one to dismantle today.

START:
- getting back on track immediatly when I slip, instead of waiting day(s)
- drinking more water
- getting off my butt more (keep moving)

STOP:
- thinking I can't do this .. because I CAN
- making excuses for why I am eating what I am
- being lazy about everything (cooking, walking, life in general)
