Honestly I find when I do a good workout I'm not hungry (though I CRAVE A shower ). I agree with the obvious- if you go work out then stuff your face you will NOT lose! I rarely, if ever, eat anything after I work out in the evenings.
That was an awesome response! After that stupid article came out I have gotten so much flack for exercising....mainly "if you keep exercising like that you'll be back to where you started" Uhhh riiiiiight.
Ha! This is almost exactly what I said in a post here on 3FC after reading the Times article:
"You don’t say? You mean that you don’t lose weight if you put the calories you just burned right back in by stuffing your face with muffins and doughnuts! Who’d have thunk? "
