Not sure if this was asnwered anywhere before, but it is bugging me. If I play something like DDR, which only uses the legs, will I lose fat elsewhere on my body? Like my arms or stomach, etc. Or will I only lose it on my lower body?
Okay, just wanted to check. I can do DDR pertty good, since it only uses the legs, but I can't do much actual aerobics yet. I don't have the stamina to. So I just wanted to make sure I wouldn't only lose in my lower body if I did DDR every day.
I have some that velcro on. They have little pockets that hold little tubes full of sand, so you can adjust. I'll try those, thanks. I forgot about them until I saw your post.
