I'm new... I've been procrastinating the last few years about staying in shape, and now I really need to get my act together. I'm hoping I can find a few good 'buddies' to keep me in line and who will check in with me so I stay on track. I joined FitDay - what a cool site! For the last two days I have been tracking my food, and printing off my overview so I can keep a binder of my progress to look at.
I'm hoping to get down to 135 by New Year, but February for SURE (I'm going to Vegas with a group of friends and don't want to dread being in a bathing suit!)
Does anyone have any really good suggestions or tips that have worked the best for them??

I count calories. I really work hard to stay focused and committed to my plan. I exercise 5-6 days a week. I strive to be consistent in all that I do. I cut out "junkie foods", sweets, white flour foods, fast foods, fried foods. I incorporate lean proteins, whole grains, lots of fruits and veggies.
Stay strong and keep believing in yourself always!
