Nutrition is key. You say you are just not into dieting. For me and many of us here, it really isn't a diet at all. It is about making changes in your eating habits and activity levels that you can sustain from now on. It sounds simplistic and it is. It isn't easy though--no one ever says it's easy.
Where are your weak spots? Are you a night time eater? Are you having fast food too frequently? Are you gorging yourself on bad carbs? I would pinpoint your problem areas first and address those. I had to start going to sleep earlier to keep myself from eating when my family was sleeping. I also went cold turkey on fast foods and junky treats.
Also, it sounds very trite but it is oh so true. FOOD JOURNAL! If you bite it, write it! Get a handle on what you are eating and have a look to see what needs to be increased and what needs to be decreased.
Lastly, we are all here for you. There is not one of us that cannot identify with every emotion you have regarding weight loss and the struggle it presents. Come here and post often. Surf the board and arm yourself w/ideas and knowledge.
