ive just joined this site and it looks fantastic to say the least!
i started my weight loss (cue cheesy music) "Journey" about 4 weeks ago ive been saying for years i want to lose weight ans it took seeing a truly horrifying picture of my self to put the put up my backside! it doesnt help when ur family and friends are all skinny little people n u feel like the hefer in the bunch! lol
right now im really motivated i looked into all the so called "Fad" diets but decided to take the long route to make sure i lose (and never find again) those extra pounds! so im just healthy eating and exercising ive cut out fizzy drinks and takes aways crisps etc and am doing cardio everyday! ill move on to weights n stuff when ive lost a bit of weight!
When i started i was 224lbs (gulp) now im 214lbs (still gulp) and when im finished i would like to be 140lbs (yayyyy

anyway i joined just to get a bit of support and motivation so i dont find my self of track and back on the old kebabs and such lol
If ur still reading good for you for being so patient lol but i think ive bored u enough
