I'm not the same goal or anything as you, so I'd make a terrible buddy for ya, BUT...

There is a "Getting to Onederland" thread for our ladies who are trying to make it out of the 200s, AND the "Weekly Chat" gals are super super supportive if you want to join in there. We all just kinda let each other know how our days went, fill 'em in on our triumphs, or the pizza we just scarfed down that makes us feel like crap.... it's really great, and you're more than !!!!

my email is amandajoy224 at hotmail (dot) com
it wont let me post my email thats as close as i can get I had to write out the dot and at but thats it. I cheated oops
my man works out with me too I just hate going with him to the gym cause he like to take his time rest and then start his cardio again. and I'm like lets jus push through the hour and a half and leave. I don't wanna be at the gym for 2 1/2 hours when my work out is only 1 1/2. But I guess that gives me another hour to do other new work outs.

I'm so ready to get started and motivate eachother!!!!

Hey! I'm new too. And 20 years old. My goals are 175/170/120. I think having someone who's in the same boat makes this journey easier. My husband is also one of my biggest problems with dieting. He's a landscaper so he gets plenty of exercise at work but pigs out when he gets home. He's not chunky, but is on the road to it! I want to switch to a healthier lifestyle for our two kids. I just realized a couple weeks ago how crappy my 2 year old eats, he wants nothing but sugary sweets, but since our new [healthier] lifestyle is eating much better!

I'm 20 and also 5'4 but my goal is 10 lbs more than yours lol.

Word of advice- DIET PILLS? NOOOo0o0o0o0o0o0o0oOOO! throw them out! they never work. It's just people trying to make money. Seriously, if Diet pills worked...would America be the fattest country in the world right now? wouldn't we all be skinny sticks? wouldn't EVERYONE be taking them? seriously, think you should not use them. Do it the RIGHT way, the healthy way. Eating right + exercise= RESULTS. You just have to be patient. Most people start taking diet pills because they have no patience and just want the weight to come off immediately...but really, let's just get real here. Did you gain all that weight in the blink of an eye? no. Therefore, it won't take a blink of an eye to lose it all either. It'll take time. Gradually, it'll come off. Do it the healthy way. With determination and will power, you can do anything. You've made the decision to lose weight---so that shows that you are on the right track, you're aware that something needs to be fixed. But trust me, don't look for the "quick fix". Nothing works that way. You can do this. Just focus on your goal. Focus. Focus. Focus. Good luck!

I need need need need NEED a buddy (sounds desperate I know). I have tried to have buddies in the past but they kind of drifted away. If anyone here wants to e-mail me, that would be great! I love getting to know people and sharing our victories and struggles throughout weight loss. I really need someone to help motivate me a lil bit
