Welcome. I haven't been here very long, so I hope I'm not committing a major faux pas here, but diet pills are not the way to go. They may help you in the short term, but there are extreme health risks, and they will not keep the weight off in the long run. A healthy diet and exercise are the only ways to achieve true success.
