Red face New Here As Well
I only found this site today while researching for more information on Chandra's Healthy Eating.

I am 62 yrs old and have struggled with my weight most of my life. I currently weigh between 250-260 lbs. I have not weighed recently.

My husband is also overweight but still is able to drop his weight as needed, he is 65 yrs. old. We are both retired and live in FL.

Thank you for reading my post.

Glad you found us! You CAN do this! Really!

I started my weight loss journey at age 50, and my DH did too Between the two of us, we have lost over 150 lbs

Coming to 3FC really does help!
