Default A bit about me :)
Hi All,

Just a quick intro.

After battling lupus and fibro for 10+ yrs I now find myself healed... miracles do happen.

My goal now is to lose the 50lbs I gained during those yrs as a result of my illnesses.

I am here to seek advice, inspiration and guidance along the way.

I am currently following a low carb diet and next weigh in is set for 2 wks from now.
