I'm going with my weigh-in from yesterday. I did weight training yesterday afternoon and my weight is artificially up this morning so don't feel that would be fair .
Congrats Lori- 70 pounds!!! You and I have lost about the same amount. Isn't it cool???

I wasn't going to post today...back up again...likely due to the high sodium lunch yesterday and TOM. I swear I could eat just about anything and everything the first couple days of my cycle.
SW: 159.5 (Down 4 pounds from when I started on Tuesday! yay!)
GW: 154.5
I thought about putting my Tuesday start weight on here, but I thought that since I've already lost 4 pounds, it could make it a rather short challenge! So I put my weight as of this morning.

I was hot on your heels, but I suspect my weight will be up tomorrow. I had a salty supper tonight...my 9 y/o DS cooked. He's quite the little chef, but not always 100% helpful weight-wise. Although, he's very aware of nutrition facts and usually keeps the fat and cals down. Anyway, I'll post my start weight tomorrow.
