Default kick starting weight loss

ive been cutting carbs for bout 2-3 weeks only allowing myself a to indulge over the weekend and even then not that much just a few glasses of wine, stick to my diet as much as possible.

I go to the gym every day more or less and do about an hour flat out.

but i cant seem to lose anymore, any ideas, i feel better than i ever have but still have a little to go before august...

im eating between 1000-1300 cals a day 50-60 g fat and if im bad i go up to 35 g carbs if im good (which monday to friday i usually am ) im around 19-22 g carbs

I read somewhere that, in general, to maintain your weight, multiply it by ten.
At 139, that would be 1390 calories. The gym workout calories are added to that amount (good girl!).

I think one pound is 3500 calories. So to lose one pound you should reduce your calories by 3500 a week from your current weight maintenance number. You might want to reduce your calories some more.

The days you indulge how far are your calories going- you might be induling more than you realize? I would lose all my progress over the weekend and finally started weighing in on Monday to keep me accountable.

id say i dont go over 1500 cals a day on the weekend..and no more fat maybe 30-35 carbs

but then im going to the gym aswell on the weekends too burning between 300-400 cals

given that im doing this do you think maybe a little help in the way of pills would just kick it in the right direction i have some tea diet which helped starting me on this but havent used since...

when i say i over indulge i dont go all out..more like i have a slice of choc or a packet of crisps..although the wine is my problem which i will easily drink 5-8 glasses a weekend...

Don't drop calories. If anything I'd say you may not be eating enough. I would suggest over the next week:

Eat 1200 calories rather than 1000 mon-fri
Eat 1500 at weekends but do check you're not eating more than you think you are
Drink 8 glasses of water a day
Cut down on alcohol - alcohol can stall weight loss

Yeah cut down on the drinks- that's a lot- limit yourself to 1-2 drinks. My friend used to drink wine every night and when she stopped she lost like 20 lbs!

I wouldn't take the pills- once you get off them you'll gain.
