I had a great Tazo (I think) Mojito-flavored iced tea with 0 calories. Next time I tried a different flavor--then noticed at the end that it was 30 calories per serving--and 2 servings in a bottle.

One mile walked for nothing!
I love Sobe flavored water, and figured since it doesn't have calories, other brands don't either. Not true.
Just had a diet Orange Crush, and didn't check the label since diet Sunkist is 0 calories. Turns out it's 30 calories, and the first ingredient after water is sugar--meaning insulin release. Bummer!
Is this a trend?
